Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Head of Multi-Asset and Adviser Solutions (MAAS) Technology to lead technology strategy, delivery, data and analytics for MAAS. You will partner with senior leaders to shape the long-term technology vision, drive innovation, regulatory compliance and scalable solutions across models, analytics and client insights, while ensuring secure, well-governed platforms.

Qualifications

Significant senior technology leadership experience within asset management, wealth management or broader financial services.
Experience leading software engineering, product management, data, analytics or technology delivery organisations.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile delivery methodologies and cloud-based technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Head of MAAS and the leadership team to define and execute the technology vision supporting business, proposition and client objectives.
Own the MAAS technology roadmap and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives and investments.
Work across Vanguard's technology organisation to deliver against priorities, timelines and quality standards.
Maintain an integrated technology portfolio across MAAS capabilities and analytics.
Champion adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation and advanced analytics.
