Vanguard is seeking an Enablement Manager for the Multi-asset and Adviser Solutions (MAAS) in Europe. Based in London, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the department operates effectively and aligns with strategic priorities, supporting growth across the UK and Continental Europe.

You will sit on the MAAS Leadership Team and drive planning, prioritisation and execution of key initiatives. The role reports to the Team Head, MAAS Europe.

Qualificações

• Strong planning and execution with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Experience with operational processes and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the division and enterprise.
• Ability to contribute to strategic plans and related execution streams.
• Comfort handling sensitive information and acting as a confidential advisor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of projects and initiatives critical to MAAS Europe.
• Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders and MAAS LT with clear progress tracking.
• Identify and address risks or dependencies, enabling growth and synergies.
• Develop and implement OKRs aligned with Europe and Global MAAS.
• Prepare materials for internal/external engagements including client meetings and board memos.
