Sales Manager
Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests staying at your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, building strong relationships and bonds with your guests.
What’s in it for you:
Knowledge of industry/travel trends to develop and monitor the hotel’s commercial strategy in conjunction with the GM.
Able to make commercial decisions to maximize MICE & Rooms income daily.
Experience in top-line forecasting and revenue management.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to meet deadlines for all Groups, MICE & Corporate RFP requests.
Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with local clients, direct bookers, and agency bookers, ensuring a strong base of new and repeat business.
Strong knowledge in quoting, converting, and managing large group bookings is essential.
Experience in a large events-driven environment is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is ideal.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reservations and Sales teams, ensuring adherence to schedules.
Ensure content and social media KPIs are met.
Analyze results of e-commerce campaigns and promotions to ensure ROI expectations are met.
Generate new business through marketing initiatives.
Conduct local research for potential new business opportunities.
Maintain records and ensure proper follow-up with your GM, RSM, and the Accor MICE sales team.
Actively manage business bookings and relationships with key entertainment clients and sports/football team travel managers.
Ensure contracts, pro-forma, and credit checks are issued and followed up on.
Represent the hotel in local stakeholder meetings and Accor sales events.
