Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, a leader in advanced technologies, seeks an EMS Account Manager in Fareham to manage EMS/ODM partners and drive performance. You will shepherd new product introductions, shape sourcing strategies, and lead commercial discussions with global suppliers.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement and project teams, ensure on-time launches, and mitigate supply chain risks while staying compliant with company policies. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant supplier management experience required.
• Experience with New Product Introduction processes.
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and global supply chains.
• Experience collaborating with onsite design and offshore manufacturers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI and SAP is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage EMS and ODM partner relationships and performance.
• Coordinate introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify new manufacturing partners.
• Drive supplier performance improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations and supplier reviews.
• Manage engineering changes and supply chain risks.
• Role is onsite at Fareham, UK office.
