Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, a leader in advanced technology for industrial growth, is seeking an EMS Account Manager for its Raymarine division in Fareham, UK. You will manage EMS/ODM partners, drive product introductions, and shape sourcing strategies to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.

You will work with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams worldwide to optimize supplier performance, drive improvements, and manage commercial discussions, while overseeing changes

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and global supply chains.
• Experience working with onsite design and offshore manufacturers.
• Good understanding of Microsoft software packages including MS Power BI and SAP an advantage.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Your Contribution:

At Raymarine, we design and manufacture world-leading marine electronics trusted by boating professionals and enthusiasts across the globe. As our business continues to grow through new product development, acquisitions, and expanding supplier partnerships, we are looking for an EMS Account Manager to help strengthen and develop our global manufacturing network.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) partners that produce many of Raymarine’s innovative products. You will play a critical role in bringing new products from concept into production, ensuring suppliers are ready to support launches while meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Working closely with engineering teams, procurement specialists, project managers, and manufacturing partners around the world, you will help shape sourcing strategies, improve supplier performance, manage commercial relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

• Undertake all mandatory training as requested.
