Job summary

Raymarine, a Teledyne Technologies company, is seeking an EMS Account Manager to manage key EMS and ODM partners, drive new product introductions, and shape sourcing strategies across a global manufacturing network. Qualifications

• Significant supplier management experience.
• New product introduction experience.
• Commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and global supply chains.
• Experience working with onsite design and offshore manufacturers.
• Good understanding of Microsoft software packages including MS Power BI and SAP an advantage.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with EMS and ODM partners.
• Coordinate introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify new manufacturing partners.
• Drive supplier performance improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations and supplier reviews.
• Manage engineering changes and supply chain risks.
