Job summary

Raymarine, part of Teledyne, is seeking an EMS Account Manager for our Fareham, UK office. You will manage EMS/ODM partners, drive new product introductions, and shape sourcing strategies across global manufacturing networks.

Collaboration with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams is essential to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. We value significant supplier management experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Significant supplier management experience.
• New product introduction experience.
• Commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and global supply chains.
• Experience with onsite design and offshore manufacturers.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage EMS and ODM partner relationships.
• Coordinate introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify new manufacturers.
• Drive supplier performance improvements and cost reductions.
• Lead commercial discussions and supplier reviews.
• Manage engineering changes and supply chain risks.
• This role is onsite at Fareham, UK.
• Adhere to Teledyne Raymarine policies and ethics.
