Teledyne Raymarine, part of Teledyne Technologies, is seeking an EMS Account Manager for Fareham, UK. You will manage EMS/ODM partners, drive new product introductions, and shape sourcing strategies to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Collaboration with global engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams is essential. The role emphasizes supplier performance, contract negotiations, and risk management across global supply chains, with on-site work in Fareham and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Significant supplier management experience.
• New product introduction experience.
• Commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and global supply chains.
• Experience working with onsite design and offshore manufacturers.
• Good understanding of MS Power BI and SAP is an advantage.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with EMS and ODM partners.
• Coordinate introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify new manufacturing partners.
• Drive supplier performance improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations and supplier reviews.
• Manage engineering changes and supply chain risks.
• This job is onsite at the Fareham UK office.
• Undertake all mandatory training as requested.
