Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, a leader in advanced technology for industrial growth, is seeking an EMS Account Manager for its Raymarine division in Fareham, UK. You will manage EMS/ODM partners, drive product introductions, and shape sourcing strategies to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.

You will work with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams worldwide to optimize supplier performance, drive improvements, and manage commercial discussions, while overseeing changes

Qualifications

• Significant supplier management experience.
• New product introduction experience.
• Commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and global supply chains.
• Experience working with onsite design and offshore manufacturers.
• Good understanding of Microsoft software packages including MS Power BI and SAP an advantage.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with EMS and ODM partners.
• Coordinate introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify new manufacturing partners.
• Drive supplier performance improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations and supplier reviews.
• Manage engineering changes and supply chain risks.
