Qualificações

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 9-4 / A-C or equivalent).
• Full driving licence desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check with Children Barred List.

Responsabilidades

• Create personalised support plans reflecting goals, strengths and aspirations.
• Help customers understand and manage risks safely in partnership with others.
• Refer to and assess risk, supporting safe environment for customers, staff and premises.
• Build positive relationships and support service growth.
• Help customers connect with community, volunteering, training and employment opportunities.
• Advocate for customers and ensure their voices guide the support.
