Orwell Housing Association Ltd is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for Christchurch House in Ipswich to help young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness build confidence, skills and independence. You will work with partners to promote wellbeing and safeguarding, ensuring access to education, training and employment.

You will maintain a strengths-based, person-centred approach, advocate for residents, and support positive outcomes while meeting DBS and safeguarding requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supporting vulnerable people or customer-facing roles.
• GCSE Maths and English at the required grades.
• Enhanced DBS check with Children Barred List; driving licence desirable.

• Build trusting relationships and promote wellbeing while safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
