Dimensions supports two men in their 50s and 60s with learning disabilities in a supported living home in Hexham. You will provide person-centred support to promote independence, wellbeing, and daily living skills, including meals, budgeting, and accessing community activities.

The role offers full-time and part-time shifts with flexible patterns, overtime uplift, and career progression within a values-driven team; enhanced DBS and investment in training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in support work or care settings is desirable.
• Ability to provide person-centred support promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Comfort with personal care, medication administration, and daily living tasks.
