Dimensions Group is seeking a caring Support Worker to assist two young adults with autism and learning disabilities to live independently in their shared home in Warrington. You will support daily living activities, routines and social outings, helping the individuals achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• Support people with learning disabilities and/or autism to live independently.
• Promote wellbeing and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, budgeting, cooking, cleaning and laundry.
• Support with education and social activities at college, day services or work placements.
• Ensure a safe, respectful and positive home environment and follow routines.
