Job summary

Community Integrated Care is recruiting experienced Support Workers for a Supported Living Service in Morpeth. The role offers day and night shifts (36hrs per week) with guaranteed contracted hours and DBS paid, in a single occupancy setting for a young man with autism and learning disabilities.

You will work closely with the individual to promote independence, community integration and person-centred outcomes, while enjoying a casual dress code and flexible shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives.
• Provide 1:1 support, including personal care, housekeeping and meals, and accompanying on days out.
