Job summary

Dimensions is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to assist two gentlemen with learning disabilities in a Northumberland home. You’ll help with personal care, meals, budgeting, and mobility while supporting them to stay active and independent in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in support work with people who have learning disabilities.
• DBS check required or enhanced DBS disclosure cost covered by employer.
• Ability to support with personal care and medications with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to two adults with learning disabilities.
• Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, cooking, budgeting, and medication administration.
• Support access to local community activities and social events to promote independence.
