Job summary

Dimensions in Hexham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist two men in their 50s and 60s who live in a supported living home. You will provide person-centred support to promote independence, wellbeing and community engagement, including personal care, meals, budgeting and daily tasks.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with additional shifts and a care-driven environment that supports career progression and training.

Responsibilities

• Support two men in their 50s and 60s with learning disabilities to live independently.
• Provide person-centred support to promote choice, independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care, medication, meals, budgeting, cleaning and laundry.
• Support access to local community and engage in activities and hobbies.
