Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist two men in their 50s and 60s living in a supported living home in Hexham.

You will provide person-centred support, promote independence, and help them enjoy activities they love while exploring new opportunities. Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, budgeting, housekeeping, and helping access community activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support that promotes independence, choice and wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care and administration of medication as required.
• Prepare meals, cook, and assist with budgeting and household tasks (cleaning and laundry).
• Support access to local community and participation in activities and interests.
• Build positive, meaningful relationships and support personal goals with new experiences.
