Zusammenfassung

Delta Housing is seeking a part-time Support Assistant (30 hours per week) to deliver high-quality person-centred support across daily living activities and tenancy sustainment. The role requires on-site presence with flexibility across shifts, and Delta’s hybrid working policy applies.

Salary is £21,265 per annum with development opportunities and an employee rewards program. You will work with individuals, families and professionals to implement and monitor support plans, ensuring safeguarding

Qualifikationen

• QCF level 3 (or working towards this qualification).
• Ability to effectively work both alone and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering excellence in customer service.
• Basic understanding and promotion of the needs, rights, equality and diversity of the people we support.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally, in writing, and electronically with colleagues, professionals and the people we support.

Aufgaben

• To support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, tenancy sustainment goal setting and participation in meaningful activities.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of support plans to reflect individual needs, aspirations and outcomes.
• Ensure all support is delivered in line with organisational policies, procedures, legislative requirements and safeguarding, health and safety standards.
• Support the safe operation of the service, including medication administration, appointment support, and completion of routine operational tasks.
• Communicate effectively with individuals, colleagues, families and partner professionals to ensure coordinated and responsive support.
