Comfort Care Services Limited is seeking kind, caring Support Assistants to join our Supported Living Services in INSERT LOCATION. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities across morning, evening and daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in care, ideally within supported living, learning disabilities or mental health services.
• Genuine passion for helping people live well.
• Willingness to work across mornings, evenings and daytime shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful and person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes.
• Help people build confidence, develop daily living skills and take part in their community.
• Promote dignity, choice, independence, wellbeing and safeguarding in everything you do.
• Work closely with the Manager and wider team to provide safe, consistent support.
• Monitor wellbeing, keep clear and accurate records, and raise any concerns appropriately.
• Support with medication, appointments, routines, household tasks and creating a welcoming home environment.
• Encourage positive outcomes and help each person live a fuller, more independent life.
