Zusammenfassung

Delta Housing is seeking an Estate Assistant – Cleaning for 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, to maintain clean, safe and well‑kept estate environments. You will deliver scheduled cleaning across communal, internal and external areas and act as a friendly point of contact for residents.

The role requires knowledge of COSHH, health and safety practices, and experience with cleaning equipment. A hybrid working arrangement is available under Delta Housing Ltd.

Qualifikationen

• COSHH knowledge and practical application.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and PPE.
• Experience using a wide range of powered cleaning equipment.
• Excellent time management to maximise service efficiency.
• Experience using email and MS Teams.

Aufgaben

• Deliver scheduled cleaning across communal, internal and external estate areas.
• Undertake routine and responsive cleaning, waste, litter, and pest-related tasks.
• Provide courteous, frontline customer service and address queries promptly.
• Remove bulk waste and investigate fly-tipping when observed.
• Record daily estate inspections and report health and safety concerns.
