Job summary

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) in the UK seeks compassionate Support Workers for Mental Health and Learning Disability services to help clients in their own homes. You will deliver person-centred care, promote safety, and support independence while building meaningful, lasting relationships with those you support.

The role offers flexible shifts across days, nights and weekends, with opportunities for training and development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
