Job summary

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a dedicated Learning Disabilities Support Worker to provide person-centered care in clients’ homes across Bath and the South West. The role covers mental health and learning disability services with flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
