Job summary

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to deliver person-centered care in clients' homes within Mental Health and Learning Disability services. You will help clients achieve personal goals, support independence, and participate in community activities, building meaningful relationships along the way.

We offer flexible shifts across days, nights, and weekends with competitive pay and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• Genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
