Job summary

Transform Housing & Support in Guildford is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist clients daily, combining practical housing management with meaningful support. You will act as a keyworker, helping clients meet personalised plans, access services, and live more independently.

The role requires resilience, strong time management, and good computer literacy. Salary is £28,000 per year with benefits and on-call allowances, based in Guildford, with a 37-hour week.

What you'll be doing

You'll need passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills.

Essential skills:

• Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
• Strong time management skills, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet)
