Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting for an experienced Housing Support Officer to join our client in South Ealing. You will help tenants sustain tenancies and build independent living skills through person-centred support and practical action.

Role involves one-to-one sessions, developing support plans, budgeting assistance, liaising with agencies and conducting property checks. The position offers a supportive team, ongoing training and the chance to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or support roles is essential.
• Ability to work with vulnerable tenants and foster independence.
• Good safeguarding understanding and tenancy sustainment principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular one-to-one support sessions with tenants.
• Develop and review support plans and risk assessments.

Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Support Officer to work with our client based in South Ealing. Location: South Ealing, W5 5RE
Job Type: Full-time | Temp to Perm - 35hrs per week
Pay: 15.76/hr

About the Role

As a Housing Support Officer, you will provide person-centred support to tenants living in supported accommodation, helping them achieve positive outcomes and maintain stable housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver regular one-to-one support sessions with tenants
• Develop and review support plans and risk assessments
• Support tenants with budgeting, rent payments, and independent living skills
• Assist tenants in accessing benefits, healthcare, training, and employment opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in supported housing or a similar role
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs
