Our client is a boutique tax specialist with an extensive client base, and they are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Specialist to join their established and long-standing team. You will be an experienced manager from an employment taxes consultancy or advisory background. Ideally, a confident public speaker and presenter, accustomed to managing a suite of clients, you will be well versed in consulting on a broad range of ET specialisms, from salary sacrifice schemes to CIS. What is essential is that you have in-depth knowledge of OPW/IR35. You must be able to hit the ground running with meeting new clients and winning new business. The role will report into the Director of Employment Taxes. Over time, there may be an opportunity to take a people management pathway, but the primary focus is on managing a workload and expanding business reach.
