Job summary

TSR-Legal in Cardiff is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join a leading employment team handling high-value litigation and arbitration for a diverse client base. You will support landmark cases, draft bespoke contracts, and provide strategic, commercially aware advice.

You will work within a high-calibre team on complex disputes, including injunctions, restrictive covenants, and confidential information issues, delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

TSR Legal are currently partnering with a large employment team based in Cardiff UK who are looking to expand the award winning employment team.

Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a leading UK employment law team with a strong reputation in High Court litigation and arbitration. The successful candidate will work on complex, high-value matters for a diverse range of clients, supporting a highly skilled team in landmark cases and strategic employment disputes.

Key Responsibilities

You will advise and represent clients on a wide range of high-profile employment law matters, including:

• High-value breach of contract claims - Acting for clients in disputes involving senior executives and complex commercial arrangements.
• Injunctions - Advising on obtaining, resisting, and enforcing injunctions, including urgent applications and interim relief.
• Team moves and restrictive covenants - Handling disputes arising from employee departures, including non-compete and non-solicitation clauses.
• Confidential information disputes - Protecting client interests in matters relating to trade secrets, sensitive data, and intellectual property.
• Complex employment contracts and LLP arrangements - Drafting and advising on bespoke employment agreements and partnership structures for senior personnel.
