Job summary

TSR-Legal in Cardiff is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join a leading employment team handling high-value litigation and arbitration for a diverse client base. You will support landmark cases, draft bespoke contracts, and provide strategic, commercially aware advice.

You will work within a high-calibre team on complex disputes, including injunctions, restrictive covenants, and confidential information issues, delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in employment litigation and/or arbitration.
• Proven ability to manage high-value and complex employment disputes.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, strategic advice.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients on high-profile employment law matters.
• Handle high-value breach of contract disputes for senior executives and commercial arrangements.
• Advise on, obtain, resist, and enforce injunctions including urgent applications.
• Manage team moves, restrictive covenants, and confidential information disputes.
