Job summary

TSR Legal in Cardiff is seeking an Employment Litigator with arbitration experience and at least 4 years PQE to join its specialist Employment Law team.

You will manage a high-value caseload, covering Employment Tribunal claims, High Court proceedings, discrimination and whistleblowing matters, with chance to develop advocacy and strategic judgment within a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience handling arbitration and high-value disputes.
• Strong advocacy and advisory capabilities.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal litigation and High Court proceedings.
• Handle complex discrimination, whistleblowing, and restrictive covenant disputes.
• Provide non-contentious advice on disciplinary, TUPE, restructures and risk management.
• Develop advocacy skills and strategic commercial judgment.
