Monaco Solicitors is expanding and seeks multiple qualified Employment Solicitors with experience in English employment law to join our team. You will handle claimant cases, focusing on negotiation, including discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and breach of contract.

This salaried role offers negotiable base salary and a generous commission structure, with part-time options (minimum 3 days/week).

Formación

• Must be a qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer (England & Wales) with experience in English employment law.
• Very tech-savvy and comfortable using legal tech.
• Strong teamwork and commercial awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Advise employees on a wide range of employment disputes, primarily on No Win No Fee terms.
• Negotiate exit packages and settlement agreements.
• Assist clients in filing employment tribunal claims when needed.
• embrace and use legal tech in daily work.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of trainee solicitors.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly in-person team meetings in London Chancery Lane.

About the Role

We are expanding again and looking for multiple qualified Employment Solicitors with experience in English employment law to join our team.

You'll be working on claimant cases, focussing on negotiation, typically involving discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and breach of contract.

This is a salaried position with a negotiable base and a generous commission structure, depending on experience.

Part-time applicants (minimum 3 days/week) are welcome to apply.

You'll have the support of a forward-thinking team of senior and trainee solicitors and particularly sophisticated tech.

What We're Looking For

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the legal development of trainee solicitor colleagues
