Job summary

Themis Recruit seeks an Employment Solicitor (2–8 PQE) to join its prestigious team in Manchester. You will handle a diverse range of employment matters for employers and employees, manage tribunal claims, and provide strategic advice on TUPE, redundancy, and transfers of undertakings.

You will draft and negotiate settlement agreements, review contracts and staff manuals, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior colleagues.

• Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development.

Person Specification:

• 2 to 8 years PQE in Employment Law.
  
• Solid experience in managing employment tribunal claims and complex cases.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

• A proactive approach to business development and marketing.
