Job summary

Monaco Solicitors is a UK-based, tech-forward employment law firm that represents employees. The role targets a Senior Employment Solicitor with 5–6 years PQE, working on claimant-side disputes, and using advanced legal tech to drive efficiency.

The firm offers a salaried position with negotiable base and generous commission, and welcomes part-time applicants (minimum 3 days/week). Remote-first with flexible hours; options to work from home or our Chancery Lane office, with quarterly in-person

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer (England & Wales) with 5/6 years PQE.
• Experience in employment law (ideally claimant side).
• Very tech-savvy.
• Team player.
• Commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Advising employees on a wide range of employment disputes, mainly on No Win No Fee terms.
• Negotiating exit packages and settlement agreements
• Helping clients file employment tribunal claims where necessary
• Embracing and using legal tech in day-to-day work
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the legal development of trainee solicitor colleagues
• Participating in monthly or quarterly in-person team meetings in London Chancery Lane.
