Anakin Seal Legal Recruitment is seeking a Newly Qualified to 2 Years PQE Employment Solicitor to join a well-regarded Employment team in Wigan on a hybrid basis, with two days in the office each week. You will advise employers and employees on a varied caseload and contribute to a growing, supportive team.

This role offers clear progression, exposure to both claimant and respondent work, mentoring from senior solicitors, and a structured development plan as you build expertise in Employment law.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Employment Law.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Employment Tribunal litigation.

A highly regarded Legal 500 and Top 150 law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified to 2 Years PQE Employment Solicitor to join its expanding Employment team in Wigan working on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office per week.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced employment specialists, you will advise both employers and employees on a varied caseload covering:

• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Day-to-day employment law and HR advisory work
• Contentious and non‑contentious employment matters
• Merit assessments and case strategy
• Settlement agreements
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Redundancy and restructuring advice
• Employment documentation and contracts

The Ideal Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with up to two years' PQE who can demonstrate:

Essential

• Qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE

Desirable

• Previous employment law experience
• Experience handling insurance panel work
