Oculus is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor/Legal Director to join our Manchester team. The role involves handling matters in employment law, including disciplinary and grievance issues, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, and restructures for senior management and boards.

The position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) and a very competitive salary with a bonus scheme.

Employment Solicitor/Legal Director - Manchester

£80,000 - £100,000+

Oculus are currently working with an exceptional Top 50 Law Firm, based in Manchester, with an award-winning Employment team, as recognised by the Legal 500. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.

They have a particular specialism in Employment law and advise on a wide range of matters that include:

• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Unfair dismissal
• Discrimination
• TUPE
• Whistleblowing
• Redundancy
• Restructures and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards
