Job summary

Oculus Legal Group is seeking an Employment Solicitor/Legal Director in Manchester. The role sits within a top-tier employment team with a client base including a Top 50 law firm. You will advise on disciplinary, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, and restructures, while supporting senior management with strategic employment guidance.

The position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) and a very competitive salary, plus a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment law and advising senior management.
• Ability to manage disciplinary, grievance, discrimination, TUPE and whistleblowing matters.
• Experience with restructures and strategic advice to boards and senior teams.
