Oculus are currently working with an exceptional Top 50 Law Firm based in Manchester, with an award‑winning Employment team, as recognised by the Legal 500.

They have recently made a couple of junior hires into the team and are now looking to bolster their team further with a Senior/Director level hire, that would have potential to bring work with them.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) and a very competitive salary of £85,000 – £100,000+ DOE.

• Disciplinary and grievance matters
