Oculus Legal Group in Birmingham is partnering with a Top 100 UK law firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor with around 3–8 years' PQE. You will advise employer clients on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Oculus is partnering with a Top 100 UK law firm as they continue to invest in the growth of their nationally recognised Employment team in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with around 3-8 years' PQE to join a highly regarded team advising employer clients on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

You'll have:

• Around 3-8 years' PQE in Employment law
• Experience managing Employment Tribunal litigation
• Strong advisory and drafting skills
• A commercial, pragmatic approach to client work
• An interest in business development and building client relationships
• The ambition to progress your career within a growing national team
