Executive Network Legal Limited in Newcastle is seeking an Employment Solicitor (NQ+). The role offers exposure to a broad range of employer-side matters in a supportive regional firm environment.

Ideal for up to 4 years PQE with strong grounding in employment law and a drive to develop expertise. Hybrid working and a competitive salary/benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors at NQ level up to 4 years' PQE, with experience or a strong grounding in employment law.
• Good technical ability, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in developing your employment law career.
• You'll be confident dealing with clients, commercially aware and keen to build relationships and supporting the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers on day-to-day employment law issues.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies and procedures.
• Advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters.
• Handling redundancy, restructuring and TUPE issues.
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims and contentious matters.

EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, NQ+, NEWCASTLE - Looking to build your Employment law career with a highly regarded regional firm? An opportunity to work with an established team advising employer clients on a broad range of employment matters.

A Legal 500 regional law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its team in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ Solicitor or someone with up to 4 years' PQE to develop their experience within a supportive team, advising a varied employer client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The Role
