Job summary

A leading law firm in Exeter is seeking an experienced employment solicitor at the Senior Associate level. The role involves providing comprehensive employment law advice, managing Employment Tribunal cases, and ensuring workplace compliance. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of relevant experience, with the option for hybrid working. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an employment solicitor or legal executive.
• Experience from a respondent background is ideal but not essential.

• Provide high-quality respondent employment advice.
• Handle Employment Tribunal Work, Equality & Discrimination cases.
• Conduct employment law training for managers and HR teams.
