A reputable legal firm in Exeter seeks an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE. The ideal candidate will advise on various employment matters, prepare legal documents, and handle disputes. Competenze

• Experience in preparing employment contracts and service agreements.

Your Role:

• Advise employers and employees
• Prepareemployment contracts &service agreements for directors and senior executives
• Preparestaff handbooks
• Preparesettlement agreements
• Advise on the employment aspects on change of business ownership and TUPE
• Restructuring and redundancy
• HR policies and procedures
• Grievance and disciplinary procedures
• Defending (and bringing) claims in the Employment Tribunal or Court to include unfair dismissal; constructive dismissal;Breach of contract;Discrimination.
• Breach of restrictive covenants and confidentiality

What You will need:

• To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE. If a Legal Executive you will have Practicing Rights
• Experience handling a range of employment matters
• An interest in building up the work & getting out & about developing new business (there is plenty to get!)
• Do get in touch if you are more of a general litigator to include employment law and looking to enhance this area of your experience
