Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an experienced Employment Partner for a growing Leicester firm. You will lead the employment practice, manage a diverse caseload, and advise on complex issues while developing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will mentor junior lawyers, contribute to strategic team growth, and help shape the direction of the practice. A senior, hands‑on approach and strong leadership are essential.

The Role

A growing regional law firm in Leicester is looking for an experienced Employment Partner to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment lawyer to take on a senior role with genuine involvement in growing the team, developing client relationships and expanding the firm's employment practice.

You will:

• Handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

• Advise businesses and senior individuals on complex employment issues.
