Job summary

eNL is seeking an Employment Solicitor in Leicester with 2-5 years PQE to join its growing team. You will handle complex employment matters for a varied client base, advising on contracts, policies, TUPE, redundancy and termination.

The role involves representing clients in tribunals and negotiations, drafting agreements, and helping expand business with strong client relationships. The firm offers a prestigious, Tier 1 employment practice with clear career progression and a competitive salary

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in employment law advising both employers and employees.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in employment law to work on complex cases, providing strategic advice to a diverse client base
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with at least 2 years of experience in advising both employers and employees.
• Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, redundancy, and termination issues.
• Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and negotiation meetings.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and internal policies.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
