Job summary

Sellick Partnership in Liverpool seeks an Employment Partner to lead a specialist Employment team. You will manage a sophisticated portfolio, advise diverse clients, and help grow the practice while mentoring junior lawyers.

Extensive experience in Employment Law is essential; you will drive business development, build long-term client relationships, and operate at Partner level or as a Legal Director/Senior Associate ready for the next step.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Employment Law.
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Commercially minded with a strong business development focus.
• Already operating at Partner level, or a Legal Director/Senior Associate ready for the next step.
• Strong track record advising both employers and/or senior employees.
• Technically confident across contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.
• Confident building long-term client and professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgement.
