Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong experience across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts, referrals and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Wants greater control over career, working arrangements and earning potential.
• Comfortable working within a fee-share consultancy model.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality, commercially focused employment advice.
• Contribute to business development and growth of own client following.
• Generate additional work through professional network and referrals.
