Consultant Partners retain 75%–85% of fees and benefit from a flexible, supportive environment designed to scale your practice and earnings as your client base grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in employment law.
• Experience across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Ability to generate work via referrals and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide high-quality, commercially-focused advice.
• Develop and grow own client following and practice.
• Source and secure new work through professional networks and business development.
