Kingsley Wood, a progressive legal consultancy in the UK, invites experienced employment lawyers to join as Consultant Partners. This is not a salaried role; you operate on a fee-share basis with autonomy, flexibility and substantial earning potential, supported by the firm's infrastructure.

You will manage client relationships, deliver commercially focused advice, contribute to business development and develop your own client following, while enjoying admin, compliance and tech backing to scale

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Experience across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Ability to generate work through contacts, referrals and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and focused on building a client following.

Responsabilités

• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice.
• Contribute to business development and client acquisition activities.
• Develop your own client following through existing networks and referrals.
