There is no fixed salary; earnings come from a fee-share of 75%–85% of fees billed. The model offers flexibility, administrative support, and access to a collaborative network to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law
• Broad experience across contentious and non-contentious matters
• Ability to generate work through contacts, referrals and business development initiatives
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and capable of building own client following
• Willing to operate within a fee-share consultancy model

• Manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality, commercially focused advice
• Contribute to business development and growth of the practice
