Kingsley Wood is a pioneering legal consultancy offering a Consultant Partner role with autonomy to build your own practice. Earnings are generated via a fee-share model, with partners retaining 75%–85% of fees billed and receiving full admin, compliance and operational support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law
• Experience across corporate transactions and advisory matters
• Comfortable generating work via referrals and business development
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated to build client following
• Wants greater autonomy, flexibility and earning potential
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
• Friendly to fee-share consultancy model
