Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in employment law.
• Strong experience across contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Ability to generate work through referrals and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to build own client following.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality, commercially focused employment advice.
• Contribute to business development and expand client networks.
