Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking experienced corporate lawyers to join as Consultant Partners on a fee-share basis, fully remote in the UK. This is a consultancy partnership role, not a traditional salary position, offering autonomy, flexibility and significant earning potential through fees you bill.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law.
• Experience across a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters.
• Ability to generate work through existing contacts and networks.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and eager to build a client following.
• Desires greater autonomy, flexibility and earning potential within a fee-share model.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters and manage relationships.
• Deliver high-quality legal advice and contribute to business development.
• Develop your own client following and generate additional work via network and referrals.
• Operate within a fee-share consultancy model with autonomy over practice development.
